Come and cook with us!
Our group cooking classes will give you the confidence to prepare delicious meals with the support of a qualified dietitian, in a relaxed environment. The four week class is designed for a maximum of eight participants.
At the Cooking Class you will:
- cook, eat and enjoy a two course meal each session
- have the opportunity to discuss any food and nutrition concerns with the dietitian
- socialise with like minded people
- increase your confidence and motivation to prepare meals at home
Participants will also receive the Project Dinnertime – Cooking Class Guide with recipes, shopping lists, meal plans and more to inspire you at home!
