Project Dinnertime for NDIS participants

Learn to cook with confidence!

Our interactive Cooking Clinic enables participants with the confidence and skills to prepare nutritious and tasty meals at home. 

All Cooking Clinics are delivered by an Accredited Practising Dietitian, in a fully accessible Kitchen.

Cooking Clinic participants will:

  • cook their choice of two nutritious dishes from our recipe selection
  • take away four prepared meals to enjoy at homeKitchen companion
  • receive individualised nutrition advice and support to help achieve their healthy eating goals.

Participants will also receive the Project Dinnertime Kitchen Companion Cookbook with recipes and simple tips to inspire more cooking at home!

A carer, support worker or family member is encouraged to attend at no extra cost.
