For the first time ever Nutrition Australia ACT will be inspiring healthy eating at the Canberra Retirement, Lifestyle & Travel Expo with a series of cooking demonstrations designed specifically to meet the nutrition and lifestyle concerns of seniors.

There will be three shows per day commencing at 10.30 am featuring a range of mouth watering, healthy menus such as Quinoa Pudding, Salsa Bruchetta and Apple Berry Bites with a spiced yoghurt dressing.
