2017 is here and so are our summer Cooking Class dates

Come and cook with us and be inspired to create healthy meals at home with ease!

Our group cooking classes will give you the confidence to prepare delicious meals with the support of a qualified dietitian, in a relaxed environment. The four week class is designed for a maximum of eight participants. Each class runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes with 1 class per week.
